Our Story

"Dolphins are highly social animals. They communicate with each other using various sounds and emit ultrasound for echolocation. The positions of individual dolphins within a group are not strictly fixed, and exchanges between different groups can also occur. Dolphins within the same group establish strong social relationships and may sometimes stay by the side of injured or sick individuals, helping them breathe and, if necessary, assisting them to resurface."

Our Team

Our team's teachers have experienced the pain of job hunting, hiring freezes, and economic recessions firsthand as well. We understand your current confusion and urgency better than anyone. We firmly believe that lighting a lamp for others not only brightens their path but also illuminates our own.

Our Concept

Our core philosophy is 'specialization.' Unlike many 'guaranteed offer' organizations, we don't blindly recommend or even force students to choose a particular program. We also dislike unclear and non-standard service packages and have no interest in exploiting our clients. We are happy to provide individual services. For every student who contacts us, we are more than willing to have a quick call with you to answer your current questions and help you choose the program that suits you best. We've seen many students with high GPAs struggle to find jobs simply because they lack job-seeking knowledge or didn't prepare early enough. We've also seen many students who want to address their weaknesses but don't know where to start. It's okay; we are here now! Regardless of your experiences and background, we will guide you, step by step, to find the right path for you, including the correct job-seeking methods and mindset.

We are a team based in Montreal, serving business and computer science students across North America. We believe in tailoring our guidance to each individual, focusing on the most practical steps to pave the way for you to enter NA companies and help you 'resurface' in your job search journey.

  • From feedback, real-time communication is more effective than just sending files. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." We recommend conducting a 30-minute one-on-one online meeting for efficient communication and Q&A. We assess your resume, write it with you from scratch, review each point, discover the highlights of your experiences, and enhance the impact of your resume. After the first meeting, once you've made revisions, a second meeting will follow for detailed one-on-one critique and feedback. Mock interviews are divided into initial strategy teaching and later real simulation with feedback. Typically, sessions start at one hour; shorter sessions tend to be less effective. After the mock interview, a detailed feedback report will be provided!
